People think they are getting a quality product with them, but they are honestly not. It is Korean made with very cheap materials. It is not built to last and the customer service is horrible. I actually had someone buy a new LG washer and dryer and replace them the next month because they were so fed up with the units. 


I always tell people, stay clear of LG products if you can. Especially for important areas like refrigeration and laundry.

A Lot of money. I had a dryer, older model, for a customer, and I can not find any parts for them anywhere.

Not sure if anyone else has had experience with this problem.
