	<description><![CDATA[<p>I think the model is a RDT364, but don&#39;t quote me. It is a dual fuel unit that someone traded in to a company that I did some work for.&#160; I think the customer had the unit for around 2 years&#160;and said they never "liked" the way it cooked. I have not had any problems with it.&#160;It has 4 surface burners with a griddle. &#160;&#160;</p>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>Vulcan I do not know a lot about, Wolf make a very good product, Viking has been going downhill for a number of years now. Like the previous post said, your surface units will be of higher BTU&#39;s than a normal stove top, and most will have a low simmer setting. I myself have a DCS [Design Cooking System] &#160;stove that I have been very pleased with. &#160;&#160;&#160;</p>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>I don&#39;t know a lot about the quality of these brands, I think they are made pretty well.&#160; I do know that they are either restaurant quality, or&#160; restaurant style. They usually have very high BTUs and things like continous grates so you can slide pots around.</p>
