I am on my third GE frige and on all three I have had my water dispenser tube freeze up. Upon contacting GE, they informed me that this is a problem and the solution is a tube heater kit. They quickly gave the part number and then asked for a credit card number for payment. Seems if this is a common problem, they should install this heater from the factory. I also have a relative that has not had water through the door in over 5 years because he refuses to pay to fix a manufacturers problem. This will be my last GE product!!!
