	<description><![CDATA[<p>I like that I can bake three sheets of cookies at a time.&#160; I don&#39;t like that the heating is still a little uneven.&#160; Also, the cookies brown a little better if I don&#39;t use convection, but then I have to rotate the pans.</p>
