    Dear Sensio,
Today I received my rebate check for the crock pot that you recalled. You sent me a check for only 9.99. The reference no. 1000400713 Where is the rest of the money for this crock pot?
    Thank you for the reply.

I was also disappointed in having to destroy a programmable crockpot that I purchased as a gift and in return received $9.99. Of course, I can not buy a comparable product for $9.99. I shop at Kohls very often and I hope they choose not to purchase any more of your products. Not because a product was recalled, but because a comparable product was not provided.

I know that there is always a chance that a product may be recalled, but I have never had a product recalled that the producers did not make it right buy sending a comparable product or by sending a check that would purchase a comparable product.

    Disgusted and disappointed,

    Regina Fields

  3. Also got a ripoff check from Sensio, I am a project manager and deal with contracts every day. Their paperwork did not say anything about sending in the cord. It just said to cut it off. I will try contacting Sensio. But I doubt that it will do any good. This is just another example of an out of country(Canada) company rippingoff the American people and our “Government” standing by and watching. We paid $39.99 American for this crock pot, I bet Sensio paid less than a dollar for it. Who makes all the profit? Surely not the slave labor in China who make this junk. I will never shop at Kohl’s again.
