Have a 12 cup model that stopped working. Called Starbucks and chewed some poor kid out that answered the phone. $150.00 for a real piece of crap. My Mr. Coffee has lasted longer for 1/5 of the price. Starbucks couldn’t even tell me who manufactured this overpriced piece. No name on it other than another fine Made in China tag.

I think since we can’t get them fixed, we should send them all to Starbucks home office in Seattle with a note letting them know what we think of their products that they don’t stand behind.

I am also looking for a replacement screw on top for Basista #154889. I am still using the pot, however, the top is very difficult to get on and off. I’ve shopped for replacement pots with no luck at all. The openings on all of the new pots are so narrow they can’t be cleaned peoperly. This model permitted it to be hand washed. Please contact me if you have the lid to this pot. Please contact me @ fljoanjet@yahoo.com

i pushed the “go button” on my barista aroma grande 12 cup and it did not “go.” tried plugging and unplugging and plugging and pushing all the buttons and…nothing. it is gone. not sure about taking it apart to look at the inside …or the cord …..or just trash it. sad. it was working so well even after all these years and being not even used much the last 4 years. is there a coffee pot recycle place?

  11. Juliet says:

I have a Barista 12 cup coffee maker, the problem is after the brewing process, my coffee is not hot at all. Please help. thanks.

  12. JAN says:

Wow, didn’t know the coffee maker was on recall. We never received notice. We bought the coffee maker in 2006. Can we get a replacement? All I know is that the coffee maker keeps leaking water if we leave it overnight and this has been happening for the past two years. Never called Starbucks but always went in the cafe to look for another one. Well, the coffee maker has to be replaced now because the leakage is more than half the water waiting for the morning. Can we get a replacement or know of where to get a new one … we absolutely love this coffee maker … Starbucks Barista Aroma Grande 12 cup.

  13. Teresa Walters says:

I own the Starbucks Barista Aroma Grande 12 cup coffee brewer and my lid is also broken. I have tried everywhere to replace it. I love my coffee maker.
