<p><strong>Description</strong>: This recall involves energy-saving light bulbs sold under the Telstar and Electra brand names. The bulbs were sold in two styles: spiral and the &#8220;3-Us&#8221; shape. The Telstar bulbs were sold in 20 and 23 watts with model number LB-1020 and LB-1023 printed on the packaging. The Electra bulbs were sold in 18, 20, 23, 26, 28, 30, 34, 36, 38 and 40 watts with model numbers LB-18, LB-20, LB-23, LB-26, LB-28, LB-30, LB-1018, LB-1020, LB-1023, LB-1026, LB-1134, LB-1136, LB-1138 and LB-1140 printed on the packaging. &#8220;CE 110V,&#8221; &#8220;China&#8221; and the wattage number are printed on the bulb.</p>
<p><strong>Sold at</strong>: Discount stores throughout New York and New Jersey from August 2010 through March 2011 for between $1 and $1.50</p>

<p><strong>Remedy</strong>: Consumers should immediately stop using the light bulbs and return it to the store where purchased for a full refund.</p>

A &#8220;G&#8221; inside a triangle is printed on the regulator (see photo).</span></p>

The grill’s main housing measures 18 ½ inches long x 8 ½ inches tall x 10 inches deep. Model number 83726 is printed on the barcode label affixed to the packaging.</p>

<p><strong>Name of Product</strong>: Portable Dehumidifiers</p>
<p><strong>Units</strong>: About 98,000</p>
<p><strong>Manufacturer</strong>: LG Electronics Tianjin Appliance Co., of China</p>
<p><strong>Hazard</strong>: The power connector for the dehumidifier’s compressor can short circuit, posing fire and burn hazards to consumers.</p>
<p><strong>Incidents/Injuries</strong>: LG has received 11 reports of property damage incidents involving arcing, heat, smoke, including four fires that spread to the building structure and involved significant smoke/water damage. No injuries have been reported.</p>
<p><strong>Description</strong>: This recall involves 30 pint portable dehumidifiers sold under the brand names in the chart below. The dehumidifiers are white with a red shut-off button, controls for fan speed and humidity control and a front-loading water bucket. “Goldstar” or “Comfort-Aire” is printed on the front. The model and serial numbers are printed on the interior of the dehumidifiers and can be viewed after the water bucket is removed.</p>

<p><strong>Name of Product:</strong> Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner/Heat Pump (PTACs) Units</p>
<p><strong>Units:</strong> About 30,000; previously recalled in August 2008<br />
<strong><br />
Manufacturer:</strong> Goodman Company, LP, of Houston, Texas</p>
<p><strong>Hazard:</strong> The power cords on the PTACs can overheat, posing a burn or fire hazard.</p>
<p><strong>Incidents/Injuries: </strong>Goodman has received eleven reports of smoke or fire associated with the PTAC’s power cords. No injuries have been reported.</p>
<p><strong>Description:</strong> The recall includes 5.0 kW Amana-brand, Comfort-Aire-brand and Century-brand Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner units with model numbers PTxxx3x50xx (Amana) and EKTxxx-150x (Comfort-Aire and Century) and serial numbers 0702112056 through 0804237539. The model and serial numbers are located on the control board plate found under the PTAC unit’s front cover.</p>
<p><strong>Sold at:</strong> Goodman and heating and cooling equipment dealers nationwide from February 2007 through June 2008 for between $700 and $1,000.<br />

<p><strong>Remedy:</strong> Consumers should contact Goodman to receive a free replacement power cord. Commercial and institutional owners will be contacted directly and will install the power cord.<br />

<p><strong>Units:</strong> About 53,800</p>
<p><strong>Importer:</strong> Haier America Trading, L.L.C., of New York, N.Y.</p>
<p><strong>Manufacturer:</strong> Ka Po International Industrial Co., of Hong Kong</p>
<p><strong>Hazard:</strong> The blade assemblies of the blenders may come apart or break, posing a laceration risk.</p>
<p><strong>Incidents/Injuries:</strong> Haier America has received approximately 60 reports of blade assemblies coming apart or breaking. One consumer reported receiving a minor cut to his hand. </p>
<p><strong>Description:</strong> This recall involves commercial-style 500-watt blenders with model number HB500BSS. The units are stainless steel and black plastic. “Haier” is printed on the front below the power switch, and the model number is printed on a label on the bottom of the blenders.</p>
<p><strong>Sold at:</strong> Mass merchandisers and specialty retailers nationwide from November 2006 through October 2009 for between $26 and $60.<br />

Manufactured in:</strong> China</p>
<p><strong>Remedy:</strong> Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled blenders and contact Haier America to receive a free replacement blade assembly.</p>

<p><strong>Incidents/Injuries:</strong> Electrolux has received four reports of incidents involving carbon monoxide being released from the recalled gas range. No injuries have been reported.</p>
<p><strong>Description:</strong> The following Electrolux ICON and Kenmore PRO 30” free-standing gas range model and serial numbers are included in this recall. For Electrolux ICON, the model and serial numbers are located on the back of the range. For the Kenmore PRO, the model and serial numbers are located near the base of the range just below the bottom right portion of the oven door and also on the back of the range. Not all serial numbers within these ranges are included in the recall.</p>

<p><strong>Description:</strong> The recalled grills are SLG series “Perfect Flame” brand outdoor propane or natural gas grills. The grills are stainless steel and painted black or gray metal. <p><span><em>Top load washer</em> = open the product’s lid, and the model and serial  number are located inside the product’s lid, on the top, right hand corner.</span></p>
<p><span><em>Front load washer</em> = open the door, and the model and serial number are  located with other information at the top, center.</span></p>
<p><span><em>Laundry center</em> = open the door to the dryer, and the model and serial  number are located on the outer edge of the door nearest the door’s handle.</span></p>
<p><span><strong>Sold by: </strong>Sears and other retailers nationwide from February 2009  through May 2009 for between $300 and $1100.</span></p>
<p><span><strong>Manufactured in: </strong>United States</span></p>
<p><span><strong>Remedy: </strong>Consumers should immediately unplug and stop using the  machine. Consumers should contact Frigidaire or Sears (if unit was purchased  there) to schedule a free repair.</span></p>
