Appliance . net - All Forums Simple:Press Forum Version 4.0.1 Ernest on Amana Washing Machines Laundry I am in washing machine repar industry, and I want to say that yes, amana parts are pretty expensive but as welll as parts for some other brands. But Amana machines seems to be pretty relaible, they don't break down that often. You can check some consumer sites and to make sure.

Tomas on washing machine Laundry I don't think it has something in common with serious problems people have with their devices from time to time. Check here  I guess the only thing you need is to set it correctly.

JReger on Vacuum cleaner Home Care/Floor Care Indeed, look for any clogs inside.  Sometimes the problem is very easy to fix.  Otherwise it could be a motor problem.  I actually quite like bagless vacuum cleaners - they're often cheaper.

Sadly, the best solution can sometimes be to buy a new one.  I always have vacuum troubles.  Thus I compiled this little guide to the best inexpensive vacuum cleaners.  Most of them are very reliable and reasonably priced.

However, I do agree with the other posters on what to check.  Good luck with your malfunctioning appliance!  Let us know if you discover / fix the problem.

bakingghurl on Personal Cupcake Liner Maker - ( Yes or No ) ? Kitchen

Hi Everyone,

Would you you vote "yes" for a product that will let you create your own cupcake liner in different sizes and shapes, using your own choice of paper? (wether it be simple foil, parchment paper etc) using a simple, easy to use, fit-in-your-hand  "baking tool/gadget"?

what do you think everyone? (yes or no)?

if you choose to stay anonymous with your answer, here is the 1 question poll link --->

appreciate your responses and feedbacks, if you have comments, your very welcome to include them!  =)

thank you!

karen on Amana Washing Machines Laundry Need a new washing machine  and was told by two repairmen to stay away from Amana-parts are expensive-maybe they are difficult to fix also.   My 27 year old Whirlpool is not fixable-hate to part with it as they don't make them to last now.

I believe most brands are made by the same company.

Any input is greatly appreciated!

P.S.  It is frustrating reading mixed reviews-you don't know what to buy!!

Anyone know how to remove “drive cog” on the top of HB Big Mouth juicer?

I have a broken micro switch that can only be reached by teardown.

Does the drive cog for shredder just pull off?

Maybe ubscrew?

Cutter blades clog over time, but can be recovered by soaking in chlorox..
