A very helpful forum feature would be an *edit* tool.

Most of us make typical spelling errors in posted messages.

I often "proof" my posts at least once prior to "saving" and posting.

Yet--many times I still find an error or would like to add additional information to a post to better articulate or explain about a subject.

This is BIG deal for those of us--that post frequently and at times write lengthy threads.

Sorry for the echo sounds. We definitely moderate the site and the forums. Sometimes i worry that we might even look in obsessively. Sorry i didn't respond on Friday to your question. There should be a chain symbol with a link to a form to notify the moderator of any problems here. You can also email support@appliance.net any time and we'll try to be helpful.

We are working on upgrading our forum software, one of the issues is doing so without losing the history of the posts that are already here. We have had some inconsistent reports from readers that some people can't see the post a topic/reply icons to create new subjects or respond to old ones, while other see things just fine.

We have been chatting with the tech support guys at simplepressforum.com and i hope that the upgrade to the newest version and a few tweaks makes things easy for everyone.

We are thrilled to have our readers join in the conversation, and we are working to make it as easy as possible. Thanks for the feedback, Please help us get it right.

Hello, I am hoping someone can help as I can't seem to register for this forum and I would like to. I have tried registering a few times But I never received the email telling me what my password. I've tried to get the emal for 'forgot my password' but I received an error saying the email could be shut off?? Please help. I would like to participate in this forum.
