new shredders are comming in the market all the time and older ones are becoming obsolete we should only buy the shredder that is most convenient to us and the first thing to look for is that it stays away from the hands of children who might get their hands stuck in the blades

I hope you mean a 3.75 gallon wastebasket, I would think 37 gallons of paper would be a total hassle to empty. kind of industrial grade.
