you can cook beans in about fourthy minutes,cook any tough piece of meat and it

will make it tender in about thirty minutes. Did it come with the rocker on top of lid ?If not you can't use it You do have to be careful

I was just given a pressure cooker. It is a few years old and has no instuctions. What do people use these for? Should I keep it? I've heard they explode. Is this true?
