	<description><![CDATA[<p>Bummer!! &#160;If I were you, I would approach the dealer again who sold you the fireplace. &#160;It is in his best interest to do whatever he needs to do to satisfy you, his customer. &#160;He should be contacting the manufacturer and making sure they send a new remote, since you are a under warranty. &#160;If they don&#39;t comply, the dealer, or you should be contacting the Better Business Bureau. &#160;Good luck, I hope you get your remote soon.</p>
