I love the coffee pot and definately the idea of a space saver.....However, I am so disappointed that it has been dismounted and is sitting on the counter...unusable since Nov 27, 2009! (I keep hoping)....

I had the same problem, and I am now on to three new brew baskets ( the last one arriving yesterday), scalding water still drips from the basket.

I need to wrap it all up....return it to the mfg. and request a different model coffee pot - and return my loaner to my neighbor!
