Hello. I am thinking that my washer has bad damper pads and a worn drive belt. it is ridiculosly imbalanced and when it goes to the spin cycle I have to manually spin it to get to speed. And when it spins it is NOISY!!  Sometimes it leaks water if the load is too large when it spins. What would be the cost to fix this if it was damper pads and a drive belt + labor? Should I just get a new washer? Thanks for your time.
