We have a Kenmore Elite HE4t Smart Wash with Quiet Pack.  It's a front loader.  If you need numbers, I can get them tonite.

When this thing works, it works great.  But the wife has to beat the brain to death to get the door to lock or to stay locked.  We have pulled every plug out of the brain, checked them, even used the grease with copper in it.  Cleaned them with contack cleaner etc.  Same thing.

Has anyone had a similar problem?  It's driving mama nuts and when mama ain't happy, nobody's happy.
