The machine operates normally except for the fact that the tub remains tilted at an angle. It is a used unit & I should to fix & keep it; so I don't wish to return it. I have initiated a claim with UPS.

Can anyone tell me how to repair this. I am handy & adept with tools. Thanks in advance.
