	<description><![CDATA[<p>When you unplugged then replugged, how long did you wait?&#160; Sometimes it takes 2-5 minutes to "reset" computor board, it has to do with capicators build into board. &#160;If that don&#39;t fix it,&#160; &#160;I would go to the breaker box and reset breakers, again waiting 2-5 minutes. If that don&#39;t work, you need to check power at the outlet, if you have power but it still does not work, I would think its in the board on the unit&#160;.&#160;&#160;</p>
