I have recently purchased a WestBend small food processor to see what the hype was all about. I make my own soups and do a lot of chopping.

The WestBend performs faily well but is so hard to lock in place that sometimes my hubby has to use the strongarm method to do it. THEN, he has to help me take out the center post that does not want to give up the ship.

Does everyone have this problem and am I the only one that wants to throw the sucker out in the canal? dripping sweetness here.
