Hi,

Saturday, Lowe's installed our new stainless steel Samsung refrigerator model RF4287HARS . The display at the store is a nice mirror-like one, however the one we just purchased has a black display. Also, the "samsung" lettering is raised at the store, but the one we received is a sticker! They are both the exact same model, but the one at the store is the one we liked and thought would be delivered. Does anyone know anything about this? We don't know which one is actually the older look and which is the newer one. After doing some research, we found 2 part numbers for the display panel, one is black and one is mirrored, but we don't know which one was made earlier.. Does anyone know? Also, if the newer model is the black display one, does lowes have the right to show customers the nice mirrored one with the raised lettering and make them think that this is what they will be receiving?
