I got the smell completely out of the inner cooking pot, and out of the rice cooker itself with ammonia and water. The smell in the top, however, will not completely go away. I tried soaking it in ammonia and water, scrubbing it with ammonia, and nothing is working. It's made of plastic and has a rubber seal, where most of the smell is sticking. Any advice you can give me to try is greatly appreciated.
