Sounds to me like it maybe has a leak somewhere, have you looked all around it for water? I would unplug it and let it run a couple of gallons of water through it, look for leaks while it is running. That ought to purge any air out of it. These have, in my experiance, had some leaking from the outlet tube before.

I have a HOT-1 water dispensor that has been working great for 4 years. It has develped a problem where it collects some air in the tank, cause when you try to fill a cup with water, it spits air/water out of it.

I suppose it collects the air as the water heats up and cools off in between uses???

I've contacted tech support and they just tell me to replace it. Not economical to repair.

Any help would be appreciated
