I would unplug it and let it run a couple of gallons of water through it, look for leaks while it is running. That ought to purge any air out of it. These have, in my experiance, had some leaking from the outlet tube before.

I suppose it collects the air as the water heats up and cools off in between uses???

I've contacted tech support and they just tell me to replace it.  Not economical to repair.

Any help would be appreciated
