	<description><![CDATA[<p>All induction ranges, at least the cooktops I have dealt with, have to have special pans to work, they have to be magnetic. Not all pans are magnetic. A lot of people do not have the right pans,&#160;[I do not think they are not cheap to buy], and can not cook on there top, there brand new cooktop. I have had some people very upset. If you have the right pans, they will heat very fast and work good.</p>
