I have had this Hot 1 water dispenser for several years, but in last six months, I noticed a problem. There are black particles in the bottom of the cup which do not float. They are very black and small particles that disintegrate when pressed between the fingers. Since it is a stainless steel container which I thought does not flake, what could these particles be and are they harmful. 7
