On Monday, July 28, 2008 a repairman from Arkoma Home Services was to be at my house to replace a defective part under warranty from a repair previously done in Dec. 2007.The receipt clearly states the work was under warranty for 1 year.
They never showed, I left at least 8 messages with my phone # over the next 3 days on their answering machine.As of this post date there has been no reply from them.
Do not use Arkoma Home Services in Bentonville, AR, they do not care about their customers or the guarantees they give on their work.Stay away!
