that is just so frustrating! finding a decent repair guy today is just hard. i've experienced this with my computer. their was a problem with the hard drive. i kept sending it to the repair guy but still i face the same problem. so i transferred to another repair guy and fortunatley it was working fine.. at long last!

I'm writing this while on continuous hold with Sears Complaint Line!  I am furious with Sears and will never buy another product from them!  The Kenmore products today are not the same of yesterday!  First,  the latch on my very expensive washer broke 5 minutes after the warranty expired and cost approximately $250 to repair.  My smarty pants lawyer husband does not believe in purchasing extended warranties because they are a rip off.  Not so if you are buying a piece of junk Kenmore.  In addition to the common “FI” flashing code, one day my machine decided to start beeping incessantly.  I cannot start my wash until after it has beeped 25 times continuously (I count it each time!).  If it beeps 10 times and stops and starts up again, that won't work.  It must be 25 times, and sometimes I have to unplug it and plug it back in again to get it to beep 25 times.  If left plugged in while not in use, it will start beeping and turn on spontaneously in the middle of the night.  After fighting with Sears for over a year, I get a letter in the mail saying they will replace the control panel for free!!! Yayyy!!  So the guy comes today and replaces the panel, and guess what?  The beeping problem is in the “Used Interface Panel” and that will cost $133. 35 for part and $88 for labor.  I will not pay one more dime on this stupid machine, since I know from my internet research that it is one day going to have the pump go out and I will need a new machine.  A guy named “Gil” in a secret department of customer service has offered to give me $100 toward part and $150 toward labor.  I want the entire part covered!!!  But “Gil” is nowhere to be found in the corporation and I must accept the deal offered.  So first I have to PAY for the part, and then get reimbursed partially.  I am sick of Sears and sorry I just wasted 1 1/2 hours getting the run around and transferred all over the place.   YellYellYellYellYellYellYellYellYellYellYell
