Thanks ServiceTech, we'll look at those legs and see if they're locked.

Yes, if they did not “lock” the leg bolts down. The shaking will cause the leg bolt to screw or unscrew and get loose, thus causing the unit to become unlevel. They will have a lock nut on the screw part of the leg bolt, you need to level it and tighten the nuts. Being on the second floor mpre than likely its a wood floor, you may have to “beef up” the floor, in order to make a more stable platform for the unit to set on.

Its a Bosch. It also shakes the whole house – kinda vibrates everything. We have laminate flooring and it is on the second floor. It was installed by the dealer and they leveled it – can it become unlevel from the use and shaking?

What brand are we talking? Are you on a wood or concrete floor? On wood floors I have to sometimes put a piece of 3/4″ plywood under unit. Make sure unit is VERY level, thats the biggest problem I usally have is unit is not level.

Is there anything I can do to keep my frontloader from “walking” and getting itself out of place? We have to push it back in place after a few loads.
