I have a subzero 560 with ICE forming on the left side inside the fridge. I had a repairman come for “maintenance” and he said the Freon is low (-10) and that only one part of the coil is being cooled and that is causing the freezing. He said replacing the coil would fix it. What was strange was that he didn't fill it with Freon to hold me over or even look for the leak.

Any thoughts?
