I have a used microwave that did not come with the insturtions. It has worked fine until the other day it stopped working. The power is on and I can set the power and time etc. it just won't “run” the glass plate acts like it wants to go but won't move. I have heard that these machine can have a CHILD protection in them. How do  I turn it off ?
