To the best of my knowledge, an F&P F9 error code is an electronics malfunction. You'll probably need to get someone out to look at it. It seems that ServiceTech had the answer from the start. Let us know how it goes!

F9 can be a variety of probs
605 i assume ? , would still be in the 2 year warranty , place a service call

Can I get the model and serial numbers? Most F9 has to do with electronics. You can try to shut power off for 5-10 minutes then repower to see if it clears. If not controller is probaly the answer.
