		<description>I have a mod# odc460 which has overflowed in the past. Now the coffeemaker has quit working altogether. The only way to correct the problem is to replace the unit altogether. Will you cover this under the recall?</description>

		<description>I received the replacement 
brew basket...it&#039;s more hazardous than the original in that the original defective product sent drops of hot water to my countertop and this one actually &quot;pees&quot; scaulding water out at you...got my wife&#039;s hand good this morning.  It&#039;s a shame that a one time reputable company like Black and Decker has sunk to this level with it&#039;s engineering capability and consumer concern.  I&#039;ve already e-mailed them but the old Spacemaker is on the way to the garbage and B&amp;D has lost a long ime customer.</description>

		<description>I own a Black ad Decker under the cabinet space saver model -- catalog number ODC440B TYPE 1.  I had been haviing trouble with the water leaking all over the counter when I made a pot of coffee.  I received the new basket which made the problem worse.  After a few weeks, it started smoking and now it does not work at all. This is my 3rd Black and Decker under the cabinet coffe makers, and I only had trouble with this one.  Please advise as to how I can remedy the problem, or I will have to check into buying another brand of coffe maker as I do not want another problem coffe maker!!</description>

I HAAVE HAD THE WHITE 12 CUP SPACEMAKER FOR AROUND 2-3 YEARS.  EVERY TIME IT SPILLS ALL OVER THE COUNTER OR BURN MY HANDS I KEPT THINGING IT WAS MY FAULT.  WHEN I HAVE HAD CHURCH IN MY HOUSE I WOULD MAKE A POT AND WALK INTO THE KITCHEN AND SEE THE COFFEE ALL OVER THE PLACE AND SOME OF THE WATER STILL IN THE COFFEE HOLDER.

YESTERDAY WAS THE LAST STRAW.  I HAVE JUST BEEN DIAGNOSISED WITH THYROID CANCER AND HAD SURGERY TUESDAY.  I WANTED SOMETING WARM FOR MY THROAT AND MADE( THOUGHT)  MADE A POT OF COFFEE. WHEN I WENT INTO THE KITCHEN THERE WAS WATER ON MY COUNTER AND I BURNED MY HAND WHEN I TRIED TO REMOVE THE BASKET WITH THE COFFEE GRINDS THE WATER WAS STILL I IT.  I WAS SO ANGRY THAT IT IS ONLY WITH GOD&#039;S GRACE I DIDN&#039;T THROW THE WHOLE THING IN THE TRASH.  I TRIED TO REMOVE IT FROM UNDER THE COUNTER BUT I NOW HAVE TO HIRE SOMEONE TO DO THAT FOR ME BECAUSE I AM HAVING ENOUGH PROBLEMS WITH THE SURGERY RECOVERY.

I ALWAYS USED AND PURCHASED ONLY BLACK AND DECKER BUT AFTER THIS I WILL THINK TWICE.  WHAT AND HOW CAN I GET REFUNDED FOR THIS ITEM.

i have tried to buy another one and that is when we found out that it is on a recall list. 
i want it replaced, totally with the same color (white) glass carafe-12 cup.please reply asap.we still have all paperwork.
