I sent the necessary appliance cord and information to the Haier company on 6/4/09. Since the replacment oven did not arrive in 4 weeks, I called the company and was told that it would be sent the following week. It never arrived, and I called 4 more times during the next three months. Each time, I was told about delays in manufacture and delays in shipping. My final call was on 9/17/09, and the customer service representative still advised me that there was a delay in manufacture, and that he could not give me any information about when I would receive the replacement oven.
