		<description>Has anyone gotten a response from the company? I&#039;ve called many times since February 2011 and they keep saying that they will call me when they get the parts and mine is ready to to shipped to me. It is now nearly the end of May. I am going to call them again. I also had arcing and shorting in mine but fortunately, it quit working before it did any damage. 
The recall hotline is never checked anymore. I waited 2 weeks after leaving a message on it then called the company. 
I&#039;ve been happy with my vacuum until all this happened except for the fact that I paid way too much for it and the air purifier. 
I&#039;m tired of borrowing vacuums from everyone.

		<description>We have had this problem from short circuiting since 2004 onwards. no fix has fixed it yet despite filter queen trying. it burnt my hand, my carpet and could have burnt my house as the curtain started smouldering.This Machine has been sold in New Zealand where im from with a lifetime guarantee. 		<description>i see im not the only one, i can never get any assistance about my vaccum i payed all this money and have a big iceor sitting in my closet takeing up space that i can not use i have the vaccum and 2 air purifiers and my kids really need a product that they advertised. my kids stay sick because the air purifiers dont work anymore i paid alot of money for it but my kids health is priceless i need help if you have any comments that could help please comment</description>

		<description>I have nothing but good things to day about my Filter Queen. Best vacuume in the world hands down. We have gone through quite a few different vacuume&#039;s before our Queen and the others are not even close. Mine is not a 360 though its older than that.</description>

		<description>I bought vacuum and air purifier (at a significant cost) three years ago and love it.  I have five pets which I am allergic to and a husband with Asthma.  Since these products both issues have been greatly reduced.  I intend to follow up in regards to the voluntary recall but am still happy I own mine. They say the number is no longer in service. They told at first it was normal to run hot. This unit scares me and I cannot get anybody on the phone for the recall.
