My washing machine is very old appliance and its not in the best condition water leaks from it and its getting mold in some areas on the wash room. When is the cash for clunkers going to be in effect?

I don’t think your clean clothes can hold out for the program’s start. You probably need to go appliance shopping – sorry.

I have a washing machine that just stopped working today. I would like to know when the cash for clunkers program will begin. Should I wait a couple of weeks and let the clothes pile up or will it be longer than that? I live in MN.

I have a washing machine and dryer in both working condition but would like to purchase new ones. How do I qualify for the clunker program. I would like to purchase new ones next week. I live in california. Los Angeles area!
